Omnia Plant Glider is an award winning, Australian made product, backed by a number of quality and value assurances for customers.

As standard, there is a 12 month Australian Consumer Guarantee as specified by Australian Consumer law.

Omnia Wheel also provide additional guarantees for Plant Glider customers:

30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our Plant Gliders is backed by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, from the date of purchase. This applies only to new product purchased direct from Omnia Wheel or an authorised reseller

Second hand product or new product purchased from unauthorised resellers are not covered by this guarantee.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. You will however be responsible for the cost associated with returning the product(s) to us.

To be eligible, the purchased product must be suitable for resale (unless the return is related to a manufacturing defect).

If you live locally, you can elect to return the item in person to our warehouse in Beresfield, NSW 2322 but you must first contact sales@omniawheel.com.

3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty (Australia only)
Products purchased direct from Omnia Wheel carry a three (3) year conditional manufacturer's warranty, from the date of purchase.

Products purchased from registered resellers are also warranted for 3 years, from the date of purchase. Before purchasing from a 3rd party business, please check they are an authorised reseller here.

Second hand products or new products purchased from unapproved resellers are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is provided in addition to consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The Warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship when used for the intended purpose and within the Maximum Recommended Load (MRL) as specified for each model (50kg and 90kg).

Excluded:
There are some exclusions to the Warranty:

  • Misuse of the product resulting in failure will not be covered under warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover prolonged exposure to solvents or chemicals or loads above the MRLs advertised.
  • Dependent on the level of exposure to strong UV light (sunlight) colour may vary slightly over an extended period to a minor extent without affecting performance and is not considered a defect.

Caution: 
The MRL refers to the total or dry weight of the load for the purpose of ease of movement, and surface protection. Inadvertent increases in the load due to moisture saturation via watering or weather may exceed the MRL without causing damage to the product, however, the potted plant should only be moved when its maximum load (dry or saturated) is less than or equal to the MRL. 

Damage on Delivery:
If you believe the item has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product upon receipt and email Omnia Wheel within 24 business hours sales@omniawheel.com

Warranty Claims: 
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty does not cover consequential losses such as damaged pots or surfaces.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem at sales@omniawheel.com.

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide the following information via email:

  • Contact information
  • Proof of purchase (copy of original invoice)
  • Place of purchase (reseller)
  • Description of the defect or fault
  • Photographs of the product defect or fault   

We may subsequently require you to provide additional information or for you to return the product to us for evaluation. 

In the event the product has not performed as promised, and that it has been used correctly, we will either replace or repair the faulty product or components at no cost to you, in a timely manner.
