We have a 30-day refund/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund/return, you should first contact us at email@example.com, with your contact details, purchase order/invoice number, reason for the return and photos of any fault (if applicable).
If your return is due to a product fault, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package via a Return Authorisation Form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/return and without a Return Authorisation Form will not be accepted.
If the return is for a change-of-mind, you will still need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your request authorised with a Return Authorisation Form which will be emailed to you to include with the items you wish to return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the items are in acceptable condition to approve the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
